Mr. Zimmer was very helpful with the selection and planning of our new patio pergola and sunshade. We look forward to using it this summer.
1) the color blends in so nicely with our house
3)it has an automatic wind sensor that will retract it if the wind gets to strong.
2) the awning has a remote that we can use to put the awning out from inside the house
