My favorite part? My health insurance has a zero dollar copay, and $250 deductible, which I pay quite dearly for. The Bowen center wanted to refuse me treatment due to the fact that I refused to pay my full deductible up front! Why am I paying for a $0 copay if you want me to pay the entire amount up front? "We'll see you this time, but the next time you better have done money!"

Poor customer service because no one ever called or emailed back!! I couldn't get through to the appointment scheduler. I was on hold for a very long time. Couldn't even leave a voicemail. So I hung up and called back and I was instructed to go online to make an appointment. On the website it says you will receive a call within 2 days. Nope!! After 2 weeks called again. It took a long time to get to the voicemail. I left a message stating I had tried online and never had anyone get back with me even though it clearly states within 2 days. Now since then it's been another week! I do not understand how any business of any kind can have such poor customer service!!! If it's going to be a few months out then say so. Atleast practice basic responsible customer service for your business!!

Absolutely horrifying. Callous, cold, uncaring, and unprofessional; almost every individual I have interacted with (on multiple levels) has been frustrating beyond belief. From a psychiatrist who refuses to listen to your concerns, to receptionists who have a superiority complex behind their glass fortress, everything about this facility it's beyond intolerable.
