Horrible customer service! I broke the screen on my smart phone. Called them about the service they offered on a Friday and agreed to come in on Monday to have them look over the phone, order and purchase the part. I was going to be out of town all week so we agreed that I would come in on Saturday morning to have it fixed. They said yes, that shouldn't be a problem. I dropped it off on Saturday to be fixed. They never told me their tech was out of the office and wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday. I was only lucky to find this out because I stopped by to check on my phone later in the day. When I asked them if they could make it a priority for Monday they couldn't commit. I had already paid for the parts and service! Also, when I asked that they make it a priority they suggested I just come in and get my money back!
They got our laptop up and running again just like new in a couple of days. Dropped it off on Saturday and had it back on Monday!
